I ordered mine on the 17th, payment was taken from my account on the 19th but didn't hear anything or receive the books. I rang them monday and they said that they were delayed but that on monday they were dealing with orders from the 16th... and so mine should have been sent out yesterday.

Hope that helps if anyone is trying to work out when to expect delivery?

Oh no - I didn't order mine till the 25th (was trying to resist!) so it will be ages before I get them.

Bloomin' cheek that they take the money immediately though. Most online retailers don't take it until they despatch.

24th and left in a box in the back garden. Found them in the garden storage box!

I know goonlord, thats why I originally rang them as I only saw on monday that they had taken the money back on the 19th...I assumed they would have been sent out then!

Don't know if they might have caught up by now??

They are out of stock again on the web, impossible to get through to order by phone (I'm calling from abroad). Any ideas?? Repeat three times "I must be quicker off the mark next time".
