I have tried to copy and paste the list but it won't let me do that

At the extreme bottom right corner of the CCleaner window for the Startup items list you will see a button labelled, 'Save to text file...'

Do that, save the txt file to your desktop, open it and then copy/paste the contents here.

In add remove it is showing I have Adobe flash player 10 active X ans adobe reader 9.4.5 adobe shockwave player11 and adobe photoshop album starter edition

Should I ger rid of any of these from the add remove bit please?

I'd uninstall Adobe Reader 9.4.5, and reinstall with Adobe X (or Nitro PDF, Foxit)

Leave flash, shockwave, photoshop, etc alone.

Yeah reboot, and then post a new Hijackthis log if you like.

Can do a few more malware checks if you want afterwards.

    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [ctfmon.exe] C:\WINDOWS\system32\ctfmon.exe
    O4 - HKUS\S-1-5-18\..\Run: [DWQueuedReporting] "C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\MICROS~1\DW\dwtrig20.exe " -t (User 'SYSTEM')
    O4 - HKUS\.DEFAULT\..\Run: [DWQueuedReporting] "C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\MICROS~1\DW\dwtrig20.exe " -t (User 'Default user')
