Just go through them one by one and match them up to the ones here:
    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=46005227&postcount=37

    for example,
Can be disabled: "Looks for known driver conflicts with Nero software [...] This is therefore not required if the Nero software is working correctly"
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [NeroFilterCheck] C:\WINDOWS\system32\NeroCheck.exe

Will show up in the 'Program' column as 'NeroFilterCheck', so just double click it to disable in the CCleaner startup manager.

'itype' is for the Microsoft keyboard
'intellipoint' is for the Microsoft mouse

'chotkey' and 'ledpointer' are for the Chicony keyboards

just look at the branding on the keyboard, and the branding on the mouse.

Haha :) Well just disable the 'itype' and leave the rest, it's no big deal either way.
