I've just recieved the error message for the first time, there's obviously something wrong with one (or more) of their servers, eventually got connected after 3 attempts.

Sent them an e-mail advising them of the fault, if everyone that comes across this error contacts them then maybe they will make a greater effort to fix the fault, it is annoying.

Incidently, the automated electronic reply I got back from Icesave stated it could take 15 days to recieve a "personal" reply, which is someyhing else they need to improve on!

Still, it is a good rate of interest...

Probably because it is. This is just a fob-off letter to waste your time.

With reference to my previous post (yesterday) I thought it only fair that I post the answer that I recieved from Icesave today.

    "Dear Mr ******

I am very sorry that you have been experiencing problems whilst trying
    to log into your account.

We are aware that we have technical difficulties with our site and are
currently trying to rectify these problems.

Can I suggest that you keep trying to log into your account.
If you would like to speak to us please contact us on 0845 605 6050*.
    We are open 8am – 8pm, Monday to Thursday, 8am – 6.30pm on Friday, 9am –

I must say that their honest answer has restored my faith in them some what, and it didn't take them 15 days to reply :D
  • I opened an Icesave account in December and have found the on-line access easy to use. Easier than my other two on-line accounts (Birmingham Midshires and A&L Directsaver) anyhoo.
