    Yes, I'm having problems as well. I just received my log in details this morning but I keep on getting error messages.

    I've tried to log in 5 or 6 times in the last hour but keep getting that site error.

  • Very irritated and concerned. I set up an ICE account in early December - response very quick and login has worked just fine until now. My partner set his up after me and being more cautious just moved the minimum in to start with. Today he was going to move a large sum over but neither of us has been able to successfully login today. We have tried numerous times am and again just now and system either hangs and is now giving the error notice. Telephone call unanswered and emails sent to customer service - auto reply says due to unprecedented volume of enquiries they'll try and reply within 15 business days! Very disappointing and money losing interest while waiting to be transfered, I just hope they have someone working on the problems as I really wanted to use ICE instead of ING!

    I have just tried to log in again, and guess what? Site error again. I had similar problems with ICICI, and just got so fed up I closed the account in the end. I guess these newcomers get overwhelmed by the demand and just don't have the infrastructure to cope, with the best will in the world.
  • I only just opened an acocunt with Ice and on my first attempt to log-in I had problems with it, not a great start.

    My main concern is the lack of customer support, it was 10 day now I hear its 15 days! I sent a couple of emails and I recieved a response to the later email but never to the first. Any way they said they are aiming to bring response times down to 2 days by the end of january.
