Periodically, when you pay and use your cc, an extra till receipt (till spit) will be generated and say £6 off £60 spend, for example. Usually happens when I haven't used my cc for a while. HTH

-10.00 off £50 order online (£15 off 1st £50 code didnt work thursday) iemailed T and explained about £15 code not working just had email back saying they are refunding another £15!!!!!! so £10.27 for order if i take off £3.50 for doritos order cost £6.77 for 10 bottles of wine 68p a bottle. and these arent the little ones but the 75cl noraml size bottles

im not supposed to drink due to neurological problem (have problem walking when sober so can imagine what its like when drunk) but i tried a little of the shiraz rose and must say its lovely - too nice!

But do not send back!! phone customer services.
This has happened to me a few times on orders and on talking to CS I always get refund of at least double, so I think they do a double the difference. Cheaper shop!!!
Saying that, was really looking forward to substitutions in last order but they got it all correct:(

just wanted to say THANKS to the op and everyone on here am well stocked up now for xmas(if it lasts that long haha)and the pizza's are well nice much better then eating in

might even have a 'pizza party'next wkend pmsl


ps when the driver delivered yesterday he said he was sorry but the pizza's only had a short date on them but i wasnt bothered(only ordered for the wine ha)but on looking the dates the 15th aug do you think if i ring cs they would do somthing?or am i being greedy?

Hi, I had this delivered yesterday and they had substituted 2 of the puddings....the total to pay on invoice say £36.25 but it also says if things are substituted you won't pay more. Should i ring cs to query the price?

YES! If you have paid more for a substitution and price has increased because tesco do not recognise order as a meal deal.
Phone cust serv/s Number on your invoice and explain.
I tend to order the meal deals and this has occurred to me a few times and I always get a DTD type refund to my card.:)
