Tesco small wine bottles - glitch back on??

Just got back a JTD for 6 of the Gallo White Grenache £18.90.
So net cost for 6 is £10.26 hth

Gutted...... when I got my 6 bottles of Gallo Grenache yesterday I only picked up 1 and 5 Gallo Zinfandel in error. They must have been put on the shelf in the same spot as the labels are identical apart from the wording. Result pricematched with Asda so NO voucher for me...... :mad:

oh no! I agree they really do look similar. Still at least you can take them back for a refund - small consolation, I know

I have asked this question before and thanks for the reply. However, the person (sorry I forget who it was) wasn't too sure about the answer. Anyway, I have a til split for £7 off £50 spend. Can I buy 6 bottles of wine at say £8.50 and the til split will come off along with the other deductions. If so, I could end up paying around £11 for 6 bottles. Thanks

I think that with till spits the final total needs to be over £50.

To be able to use a 'spend' based till spit the actual amount to pay needs to be the value it says. So your total to pay (this is once all the other discounts have been calculated and is at the point where it asks you to specify payment method) needs to be £50 or the till spit won't work.
