OK I am officially scared shitless. They have evacuated my town asapparently they are coming at 4. I am now runing round in tears trying to fill things with water. gather money and essentials, pack clothese etc in bags and leave them by the door,.I dont know what to do

Ok well Im guessing there are two entry doors and the one onto the street will be security locked which will give you time. Make an escape plan with the emergency exits so you can use the fire escapes etc. Have your mobile charged and with you at all times even if you go to the toilet. There is a thread about what you should have in your bag - OS riots just up from this thread. Stay calm and practice 6/9 breathing or whatever you can manage.
