Edited to add: is that a gymphobics gyn Crimson? A friend of mine has started going to one and it does sound good, and a lot less scary than a regular gym!

It's just a ladies only gym. They say that resistance training is better than cardio, something to do with not making you muscley.... I don't remember now lol. I just go because its small and only for ladies and they have lots of lovely personal touches.
Please don't worry about having a Smear Test....I know they can be scary but really it's over and done with in moments....it's mainly the embarrassment that I struggled with when I first had one...but believe me, the Nurses that do it have seen it all!! And having one that takes just a few seconds is worth it if it detects something wrong....which it did with mine...and now I am having it corrected....MUCH better than the alternative!! And if you tell the Nurse it is your first time they will be extra careful with you....so don't worry about it too much hun....

Its the embarrassed that i cant deal with. I once had to go for an internal ultrasound. The word internal didn't register and the doctor didn't elaborate. Having a stick jabbed into your lady bits, covered in latex stuff (which i'm allergic to) when you've not psyched yourself up is not a nice experience! And the nurse was so cold (personality cold). Needless to say i told my doctor off when i saw him next and said i'd rather keep the pain i have than try to find out what's wrong with me! .... i may need to be forced into having a smear lol

Aww Crimson hun....I really feel for you....I've had some REALLY embarrassing things happen to me...like having this really cute Doctor that looked like Will Smith sort out the abcess between my bum cheeks!! :rotfl: Now THAT was embarrassing....Any thoughts I had about asking him out really went away after he spent 30 minutes peering into my bum...LoL...

I guess when it comes to my lady bits I don't get embarrassed easily....I'm used to people poking around down there...Hmmm, now that sounded really bad...LoL....Just that I've had a fair few tests and things there....so I guess I'm just used to it...

But I can see how horrible it is....I just think that the alternative is so much worse...so I'd rather just put up with it and have it done...

Been chatting with a Friend....Just going to finish watching "Being Human USA" and then go for a nice long hot Shower and wash my hair....

Well it's about time I had something contagious that people DO want to catch!! LoL :D

Got a few things that I want to do today....I want to do the Washing-Up, been avoiding it for a few days because it's got icky things from doing Bolegnase!! Also want to sort out an Excel Spreadsheet for my Debts, been avoiding doing that too as it's a difficult one but I'll get there....

Also want to tidy up my Flat a bit....that would be good....

AND I want to continue doing my Tax Return...

So I've got a few things that I want to do before starting Work at 8pm tonight for the All-Nighter...Just hope it's busier tonight than it was this morning!!

Gotta keep going....Just gotta keep going....

Thanks Crimson hun....Just had a lovely loooooong Shower....I feel a lovely and clean and smelly (in a nice way :D)....

I'm afraid the mess in my Flat is definitely MY mess....And I need to sort it out....But there just seems to be so much mess to clean up that I'm not sure I can ever get around to it....but I do what I can....

The main thing that needs doing is my Taxes....it must be done by the time my Working Tax Credits get renewed as they need all the figures for working out what I'll get for the next Tax Year....if that makes sense....And there is a possibility that I'll get a little bit of money back...not sure...so we'll see....

Anyway....Gotta dry my hair now...Catch ya later xXx

Thanks Crimson....I hope that I get loads of money back as well but I'm not holding my breath or banking on it...whenever I do that, things go badly wrong!! So I'll consider it a surprise IF i do get some money back....

Haven't done much so far this morning....Seem to have been hit by feeling incredibly tired....but I'll try and at least get the Washing Up done this Afternoon....and I'll probably need a little sleep before Work tonight....We'll see....
