Right, I've just Emailed my Manager about the Text Chat and how to set it up and asked about Pay Details - She'll hopefully get back to me on Monday.

So that's one pro-active thing I've done today and feels really good....

I am having a strange feeling of deja vu reading the posts today.

I've put some more figures together for you.

Between 3pm today and Midnight Sunday when your pay period ends there are 57 hours.
If you earn an average of £6 an hour (which seems to be fairly accurate based on what you have posted - it is pure fantasy to say you can earn £9.25 an hour, because that does not take into account down time when you are not on the phone.) you will earn £342 for working the entire 57 hours.

You have earned about £155 so far this week - is that right?

You need £460 this week.

£155 earned, £305 to go.

So based on that you need to work nearly all of the next 57 hours to make the £460 you need for this week.

That's the reality of your situation.

I am not trying to put you off working to try and meet what you need this week. This is just how it is.

The real issue is that this is not just a one off week where you need to work a lot of hours.
Every single week you need to be working a significant number of hours and you are not even getting close.

Yes, you can't control the system going down, problems with the internet or how many people call you. But you need to factor all that in when deciding how many hours you are going to work.
If you're sitting round waiting for calls find something else to do that will pay a little. There are numerous threads on MSE about surveys, daily clicks and other ways to make some extra money.
In fact I would say that MSE has all the information anyone could possibly want to help them make the most of their money or make more money.

I agree with the many comments posted today (which echo previous posts from different people).

For me these are the key issues for you.

Your job does not pay you enough even if you are working 100 hour weeks.
You do not have the discipline to be self employed. Not getting at you - some people don't. The thing about having a weak point (if you want to call it that) is being able to recognise it and then act upon it.

Please don't respond with "Yes, I agree but it's all going to be different from now because I'm trying my best" because that is what you always say, and have been saying since the start of this diary and, no doubt, before. Saying things are going to change is no substitute for actually doing the work and changing them.

I agree with you Shovel Lad...I DO need a different Job....But the reality is that I have a course to do and will find it difficult to work a full-time or even part-time Job around that....but I WILL continue to look for that....

I think I've shown that this Week I CAN do it....and I have Worked hard this Week....but yes, you're right, I can only try and prove that I can do it...but I don't expect anyone to believe that because I haven't proved it so far....

Friday Night to Saturday Morning and Saturday Night to Sunday Morning are the best Paid of the Week....and I can earn up to £12 per hour during those times....I don't, of course, always earn that...but I can usually guarantee to earn about £9 per hour during those times....so that should help....

I don't expect anyone to believe me on here anymore...I really haven't proved anything over the last 5 years....I can only hope that my future actions will prove something different....but again, I don't expect people to believe that....and that's okay with me....I can't expect people to blindly accept that I can change when there is no proof of that....there is only so much that people will accept and continue to accept....and I understand that....

I have, this Afternoon while I'm Working, been looking into alternative ways to make money. There is a Website (I'm not sure I'm allowed to say what it is) where you can post Private Galleries with Pictures, do Phone Chat, put on Private Movies and get paid for it all - It won't give me thousands or even hundreds....but it WILL give me a little....So I'm currently looking into that....

So there IS progress here....

I've been having a think about this and if there's anything I can do to help.
Crimson.addict has helped you sort out your bills, what needs paying when and so on.
So you know what you need to earn next week?

PM me the details of how much you need to earn next week, what your pay scales are, what commitments you have next week that mean you can't work (time and day) and I'll work out the best way to earn the money you need.

I won't post any of the information here (I'll PM you) or hassle you to work, it will just be for you to prove to yourself you can do it.

Crimson Addict and I haven't sorted out what I need for next Week yet as there was a slight misunderstanding with regards to Dates....but I hope to have it by tomorrow for next Week....so will PM you once I have the Total for next Week if that's okay...

And yes, it IS up to me to prove it now....no one else can do more than you are all doing to help me....I just have to DO it...

I'm still logged on....It's up and down this Afternoon....Have made £11.99 so far since 2pm....Not great but it's better than NOT earning it....

I'm here until 7pm....then I will take an hour's break until 8pm....The reason I'm taking an hour is because I have to prepare my evening meal which takes slightly longer and I also have to make some Phone Calls to family....But I will be back here for 8pm when the Pay Rate goes up...and then (apart from loo breaks) I'm not taking a break until 8am tomorrow morning when I shall get some sleep....

Absolutely....It's gone dead on the Phone's for me right now...haven't had a Call in about 10 minutes....Now normally I would just say "To hell with it, I'll log on later" but this time I'm going to say "Well okay, it's quiet, so I'll spend the time trying to figure out other ways to make money and I might get a really long Call soon!!"....

I am feeling like this is definite progress...but it's only one Week of doing it...This has to become a way of Life for me....And that's what I'm slowly realising...

But I'm feeling good....I haven't given up yet and I won't....

How is the money coming in Helen? Maybe slowly, but at least something is coming in. And like you said, tonight at 8pm it pays more so all good.

Hi Hun...Thank You for Posting, I really appreciate it and all your Support....

By the time I finish at 7pm for my Break I will be up to £185 for the Week so far....So I'm waaaaaaaaaaaaay past what I earned last Week....Which I'm feeling really proud about....

And yes, once I get to 8pm the Pay goes up and then goes up to the very highest Rate at 2am until 8am which is why I want to do until 8am....

Feeling really proud of myself....I've done 10 hours so far today since this morning....And actually it's gone quite quickly really....And okay, the money hasn't been wonderful but it HAS been there and I've earned a darn site more than if I hadn't been logged on at all!!

So, nearly at 7pm....I'm GOING to get to £185 even if it means staying on for a few minutes more....I'm currently at £183 so we'll see if it's busy or not as it's really quiet at the moment...but I WANT that £185 so I'm going to stay until I get to it...and then I'll Log Off...

Will Report again once I've logged on at 8pm tonight....

Okay, so apparently I can't count...I have actually done 11 hours today so far not 10....and another 12 tonight to go....

Just about to Log On....And we'll see how much I can earn tonight!! As much as possible would be good I'm thinking
