Aww thanks hun....REALLY enjoyed my Nap, I was dead to the World pretty much as soon as my head hit the Pillow....

Thank You, am feeling REALLY proud of myself I AM feeling a bit wiped out but glad that I managed to get SOME sleep...And I'm all Logged back in....

You will have your work cut out staying awake to do another shift like that tho, so hope you have plenty coffee in. Im on my second cup o the day, am hiding from the hoover, really hate housework. I could get a cleaner for a couple of hours a week, i wouldn't mind handing over a couple of hours of my salary in exchange for a clean house, lol but id have to tidy up for her coming first. And hubby isnt keen on having someone else in the house. Sheeesh men !

Thank You Pesto Pasta hun....It feels really nice for me that I've done so well.....And now that I've caught the "Work Bug" I'm going to continue it....

Hey Mara Hun....Thanks so much for all of your Support (both of you).....Last night was hard so I know that tonight will be even harder with not much sleep....but I'm DETERMINED to do it....If I'm going to hit my Target then I HAVE to do it....

It seems fairly quiet on the Phone's now....but I'm going to perservere and I would like to get to £17...I know it seems like a funny amount but I've worked out an hourly rate of £8.13 and if you times that by 2 (roughly the amount of hours I'm working this morning) then I came up with £17 as a rough amount....Of course if I earn any MORE than that then it's a bonus....I'm still going to Work until 1.30pm which is just over 2 hours since I logged in at about 11.05am....

Just got to stick with it....I know this is not just for this Week that I've got to do this but EVERY Week....pretty soon it will be a way of Life....

Some thoughts.

You say last night you earned an average of £6.50 an hour.
Do you now understand why people keep saying to you that around £6 an hour is what you are earning? I don't doubt that you can earn up to £12 an hour but you cannot earn £12 every hour or even close to it. Sometimes it's working out at £2 an hour.

This is not your fault. It is the nature of the job you do. You have no control over who rings or for how long. The mistake you make when working out how many hours you need to work is that you assume that every minute you are logged you are earning which is not the case. You need to be aware of this when working out how long you need to work.

When I have your figures I'll be working something out for you for next week so you will be starting right from the beginning rather than trying to play catch up at the end of the week.

Oh, and I will be stalking you over the weekend

Thanks Shovel Lad....And I DO understand what you mean now....I have been Working on the assumption that I can earn up to £9-£10 per hour when in fact that's just not feasible ALL the time....sometimes it IS but not always....

I would appreciate you looking at my Working Hours for the Week so that I have a PROPER Structure in Place and, as you say, don't play catch-up at the Weekend...which is what I usually do!! Haven't got the Figures yet but will PM you with them once I have them alongside my Plans for next Week....
