Been there once, never again. Some Northern towns are better off bulldosed, Burnley and Nelson have to be high on the list of places to simply abandon to nature. If Tesco and Argos have pulled out then really is there much point in moving there. Look towards Blackburn or Manchester to still be in the Lancs are but be somewhere with a bit more of a future.0

Looks like it can be nice at the same time it looks like it can be a bit drab.
Rather like most of the UK there is good and not so good areas.
