I'm getting the same feeling. To want a specific religious or cultural community is one thing, but just "Asians"? Thankfully no one has taken the bait yet.

OP, if you are genuine, visit the place and have a look around with an open mind. Spend a few days there and check out the facilities that would be relevant to you. Don't get so hung up on the colour of your neighbours' skin.

May be she is just being a bit naive in her approach to get some answers. I get the feeling that she wants to move to a place dominated by pakistani population. Nothing wrong with that, but I don't think this forum is place for such discussions. We all know how things can get out of hand. It's alright if you are discussing these things with a mate but on an open forum, probably no.

As suggested above, you should visit the place and judge for yourself.

It will help if you put some details about yourself.

Do you have any kids ? Are good schools important to you ? Where will you be moving from ? etc...

    Guys just chill!
What im looking at since im Musllim, my mum worries I might live in a ''place'' where they are to many whites. Don't get me wrong - white people are cool - but my mum likes me to live in a community thats mostly asian.

    Im sorry for the inconvience!

if you want to stay in a high Asian community in Lancashire then Nelson / Burnley would be options. Although I wouldn't recommend it if you're in a wheelchair.

What is wrong with everyone? The OP is asking a perfectly reasonable question. It is just like a British person wanting to settle in Spain and trying to find out where there are other ex-pats.
