It seems with all these shooting incidents there is very poor mamagment of what we told. Its a problem...but not as much of one as people going round armed. Its dreadful and wrong this went wrong, but it is good they had identified someone going around london illegally armed. I wonder what the circumstances that lead them to discover he was armed were?

    There are police informers.

Likewise The Guardian gets people giving them or telling stuff i.e. the video with showing Ian Tomlinson being pushed due to people viewing giving it to them being safer than giving it to the police.

I wouldn't be surprised if someone who knew the taxi driver reported it to The Guardian after he told them what happened.

I wonder at what point will "other" Londoners fight back, the police appear to stand idle as the rioters loot and burn homes and businesses, people have a breaking point and once your children are in danger all the rules go out of the windows.

Plus if they were ordered to get involved by higher management they could turn around and sue them for PTSD.

How about channelling some of that energy into getting a few NVQs and moving somewhere with better prospects?

Where has better employment prospects than London?

Apparently it is Finchley, Muswell Hill, Crouch End tonight according to rumours on Twitter.

Lots of shops closing early in Muswell Hill and Crouch End and loads of police on Stroud Green Road.

Lets hope it will just be some Fortismere students throwing brioche and organic cheese tonight.

What can police actually "do" in these super politically correct times???? Those thugs are not protesting about anything, they are just thugs and out to nick stuff!

His cousin got stabbed to death in a nightclub months earlier, thats why they say he may have had the gun. The gun was alledged to have been found in a sock.

He was travelling in a taxi, 15 minutes before he was killed he texted his gf to say that the feds were following him.

I don't have much sympathy for a bloke carrying a gun if he gets shot by the police.

And anyone who tals about the "Feds" following him is clearly a few sandwiches short of a picnic. He doesn't know what country he's in!

Skynews said trouble in Harlesden and police also sent to Harrow, I'm really glad that I don't live near any shops.
