Fixed Penalty Red Lights

What would that be then?
I've reported people for offences before and had to attend court on a few occasions as a witness due to not guilty pleas. I think we need to face facts, most people that plead not guilty are in fact guilty in some way or another, and the Magistrates can see that from the outset.0 -

Attending court in one capacity or another

So everyone who is charged or summonesed to court is guilty.:rotfl:
So how come not everyone gets convicted?
I'd like to see you figures to support such a claim.0 -
Since when did you get a ticket for careless driving. He has already stated its a red light offence.
Given the length of the thread and the fact that the title is not repeated, I had forgotten that the OP had said he had received a fixed penalty in the original title.
If he has indeed received a fixed penalty then of course it won't be careless driving. I do know of situations where people have received a summons for CD rather than traffic light, depending on the circumstances of the offence (and no FP having been offered).
The rest of my post was based on the assumption that he ended up at court one way or another.0 -
Not hard since you've never prosecuted one.:p0

Another bar room lawyer.:rotfl:
Wow, woody, you really need to stop drinking that toilet duck, yorkie was just trying to explain what and why he posted and then you go on the offensive.
Give the man a break or prove him wrong with facts, not cheap shots.Whoa! This image violates our terms of use and has been removed from view0 -

Yorkies post was full of facts wasn't it?0 -
I was looking for a way to word that better but thought, "you know what? Nobody's going to be so stupid as to pick me up on something like that, as they'll know what I meant". So, just for you. No defendant that I've reported and attended court as a witness against, has ever been found not guilty.
In what capacity have you reported them? Did you actually report them for summones yourself or let the police do all the work for you?0
