You recieved an awknowledgement, not a confirmation. The confirmation is the legally binding part, the awknowledgment merely exists to say they have recieved your order.

They have clear pricing procedures which covers them for eventualities like this, they will wriggle out of it as its a blatent pricing error.

Its pointless ordering it now. I ordered at 23.40 and recieved the out of stock message. These went very quickly indeed. Just make sure you cancel your order if you were unsuccessfull.

I got a confirmation email, then 4 monutes I got that 'out of stock' email, then I clicked the link to view order status and apparently its 'Allocated'

LOL at all this over something I dont even need! Got a TV in each room and 2 old ones up in the attic

Surely "Order has been processed" is confirmation of acceptance?. The way I read it leads me to believe the order is completed and its on its way.
