This really does look quite promising, their words are "Payment Taken" not payment reserved or anything like that and i though it was the law that if they took money from a credit/debit card they had to honour the goods.

Is there any way they can legally get out of this?. I can see this one turning into the Index Printer all over again. lol

Glad I got in cos Im looking for a new tele. If it doesn't come off and theres no way round it im sure they'll offer a discounted price for the inconvenience which will suit me perfectly!.

Take a screenshot then you can complain as the checkout showed the correct amount for my order

My order now has a shipping date attached to it of the 9th, interestingly it says it will be delivered direct from the suppliers warehouse so wonder if the order has been sent electronically?

I havent seen that page. They cant charge you more, they can however refuse.

If they take the money for the bargain price it would depend on the law what they deem is a contract.
