As far as I can see there is a contract, their terms & conditions clearly state there is, and as such they cannot decide to cancel the order because of a pricing error, without both sides agreeing.
1.3 By way of clarification, an acknowledgement of your order will be sent to you via e-mail when you place your order, but acceptance of your offer to buy the goods will not take place until after your payment is taken and you receive your acceptance e-mail. It is at this point that a binding legal contract is created and any contract is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Pricing error or not, the T&C clearly say that they have accepted our offer to buy
Well I hope your right because I just got my email!! I had payment taken for the 11p jeans but they refunded and no jeans for me but I can live with it if I get the tvFour guns yet only one trigger prepare for a volley.Together we can make a difference.0 -

as opposed to what?!?
it seems a little obvious that the status of a contact (or merely an invitation to treat or an offer) would be determined by the law of contract.0 -
