Looking at the advice on the Trading Standards websites, Printed copies can only be used for reference and are in-admissable in court.
I think you have to do a File->Save as...0 -
I have a Screen dump of there T&C's that covers section 1 to 3.3.
Anyone needs it LMK0 -
i dont think a screenie would be admissable as evidence, certainly considering the image manipulation software avaliable.
The save as is an idea.0 -
The fact is that they will have to be in funds at some point before they can refund your money. They cannot cancel the contract without your permission once the transaction has started - in the same way you cannot cancel once you have given your CC details and they have triggered the collection process. Both parties are equal in Contract Law. When you walk out of a shop after paying with your CC you take your goods with you. The contract is performed at the till point.0

i print them to pdf, but they can still be edited in acrobat professional - web pages saved can also be edited in somthing as simple as Windows notepad so no method of archiving the terms are free of ways of editing them0 -
Hmm
5.2 Ownership of the goods shall not pass to you until the Supplier has received in full (in cash or cleared funds) all sums due to it in respect of:
5.2.1 the goods, and
5.2.2 all other sums which are or which become due to the Supplier from you on any account.
My card has been debited, I just checked.0 -
but if theres 200 ppl all showing the same screen prints it must hold some brunt. Also one of the emails THEY sent said tht the contract is formed when payment taken.0

Another good point Bobsp,
The goods were MINE!, I owned them the second I paid for them!0 -

You could possibly refer to the Internet Archive which archive web pages - http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.ebuyer.com (or direct link to the January 2005 T&C page is http://web.archive.org/web/20050305150620/http://ww.ebuyer.com/customer/help/index.html?rb=5838402003&action=c2hvd190ZXJtcw==)0
