Dear e-buyer,
Please re-instate this order forthwith.
You have broken the contract which YOU have accepted.

1.2 No contract exists between you and the Supplier for the sale of any goods until the Supplier has received and accepted your order and the Supplier has received payment in full (in cleared funds). Once the Supplier does so, there is a binding legal contract between us.

At no time have I been consulted with nor consented too the cancellation of OUR contract please re-instate my order immediately.

I think that MSE LURKER who also posted the VIRUS does work for e buyer.
I also think he/she COULD BE THE ONE WHO PUT UP THE WRONG PRICE.He now feels a right TW AT !!!!!!!!

BTW I just recieved my cancel e mail too.

In response to your purported cancellation of my order I must insist on performance of your contractual obligations. Please note that under your Terms and Conditions 1.2 very clearly and unequivocally state, "No contract exists between you and the Supplier for the sale of any goods until the Supplier has received and accepted your order and the Supplier has received payment in full (in cleared funds). Once the Supplier does so, there is a binding legal contract between us."

I have received an email confirming that the order had been processed and that payment had been successfully taken. There is therefore a contract in effect and you cannot unilaterally cancel the contract. I would be grateful if you could confirm when the TV will be dispatched.

very cheeky and will probably only receive a standard response to the effect that it was an error and they will not being sending a tv BUT it'll waste some of their time and hopefully (yeah right) they might learn from their mistakes if everyone fills in an enote.
