This mistake, if honoured is going to cost them over £60,000 in lost sales ( someone said 203 in stock?).
Question is, should we feel guilty and were we supposed to know it was a mistake?
Well my take on this is NO and NO. Ebuyer consistently change their prices day to day or hourly if it suits them. They sell items at unbelievably low prices, but not always cheaper than competitors (this item is cheaper elsewhere if you search). Their website shows instock/out of stock but then goes on to send you an email to conflict what was on the site. What sensible company would build a site that takes your money before despatch of product. They should know better and should be aware of seller/buyer rights. How on earth are we meant to keep up with what they are doing if their site is so confusing and misleading. I think ebuyers trading history reputation might lose them the battle if it goes legal. My only guilt lies with anyone getting sacked over it, but I believe if anyone it should be the directors for being greedy enough to take your money before despatch!0 -

I came from china, and as far as I know the price for a Samsung 28" pure flat tv(no digital turner) is about £100 or lower if u go for a local brand. For £350 you can get a 42" tv.
How much does these tv actually cost and how much profit does the retailer make in england?Nothing is nothing0 -

Well knowing the uk and the tax man/vat man etc etc if the cost is really £330 then the company will still get the same price they get for the ones sold in China and the vat man/tax man *&^*&^&^(*^ gets the rest.So if this comes of it's not only a bargain from ebuyer but also a (_._) to the vat/tax man......©..®..(TM) NothingVentured.

LOL cezza if people like me didn't excist superior people like you wouldn't have anyone to mock would they
Anyone who has ordered anything off the net via this site with price incorrections etc etc is just a bad or greedy as any other.

i missed out on this one but would like to say good luck to EVERY one that went for it, whether you ordered 1, 2 or even 20. remeber these offers are short lived and so everyone is not always going to get the chance, like myself in this option, but i am just as pleased that a fellow mse'r was there to get there orders in. at lest that way its a maximun dent in the companies profits if all goes through
makes me laugh when people moan about greed, lets not forget the greed of the shops, companies selling things.
Money Saving is about cutting bills not cutting back. It's about being a sassy consumer. Companies try to screw us for profits. Money saving shows you how to screw them back.0
