Not only that but some people have had emails stating that their order has reverted to a quote due to a billing error. Therefore they cannot even argue it was a genuine pricing mistake. In other words even when they decided there was a problem they dug themselves deeper trying to worm out of it.0

Good of you to ring them up and tell them.
Not the done thing is it really, had you bagged one?
if not spose you felt that if you hadnt got one, no one else will.
im unsure whats going to happen, be good if it comes off.
Id like to thank the original poster for a chance i had to get my name on 2 using seperate cc cards. I took screenshots at a couple of stages of the tranaction.
If it goes all the way and they want a fight, PM me ill forward the screenshot with 209 instock at £28.08.
Thats a point.....You SPOKE to someone, what was that an econversation with an ereply. All i thought they did was them damn enotes0 -

I really wouldn't get to worried because I am 99% sure he/she didn't call ebuyer. People have been trying to contact them by phone for ages and nothing has come of it - amazing how they could just call isn't it. The only way of contact is them stupid note things (forgot the name) which for once could work to our advantage. In a way I would like to be proved wrong because I would love a number for ebuyer! (that is answered) Oh and it is a weekend:j :j0 -
Thanks for the offer - anyone going draft a response email.0
-
As mentioned before me, how did you go about contacting them when it is extremely difficult to do so over the phone (either their numbers are disconnected or they just leave it ringing non stop), i hightly doubt you've gotten through to them this morning when people have been trying weeks before any contact from them.
They have entered into contracts with people, accepted the orders and taken the money from people, sent this off to Samsung warehouse for them to be dispatched, their 'legal department' is going to have to come up with something good to cancel everyone's orders.0 -
I heard that someone even went to there warehouse to get a response and they threatened to call the Police, so they almost impossible to get in touch with. In fact you are more likely to stand more chance talking to President Bush, not that I would relish the idea of talking to him.
No longer a user, goodbye folks. PLEASE delete my account. Thank you0 -

LOL i work for e-buyer and my dad owns the company,my mum and sister are the only ones answering the phones at the weekends and they said nobody has rung them stating about the samsung was under priced just a few begging to be allowed to have them at the same price as it wasn't fare they had to be in bed by 10'o'clock at night because mummy said so and so missed out on the original chance to purchase one, just because they didnt clean their rooms up the week before.......©..®..(TM) NothingVentured.

firstly - they do have a phone number - if you search usenet you will find reference to it in many postings.
secondly - I didn't miss out on it - I live in the real world and would not expect a company to bankrupt themselves in order to satisfy the selfish and greedy cravings of the people on here.
Thirdly - many of you get SO excited about something so pathetic as a cheap telly! - for some of you to order 20!!! of them is so sad...so so sad...
People make mistakes Errors and omissions are part of every day retail life..at Tv for £33 is obviously an error - its not like the Kodak episode where the cheap price was still realistic as it was in the january sales...
GET REAL!
