For the prices to have beeen updated today, I think we might get to know a little more from ebuyer about what their plan is with regards to this.

So, stage one, pull the television from sale.

Stage two, put it back at the correct price.

Stage three, starting investigating, cancelling orders.

Send emails - This is where the fun may start.

Yeah I noticed the price was up too, they are saying its out of stock, theres that at least. I would have been VERY angry if they had cancelled my order saying it was out of stock, then 12 hours later tried to flog loads of them a the correct price.

I think we will get cancellation emails soon and they will then go back on at the correct price. Looking at the way things are going, they are potentially digging their own grave with regards to having to honour these. I just hope they come up with an unjustifiable excuse so we can charge in.

For those feeling guilty about maybe getting a £40 TV, can I ask why?.

Shouldn't it really be ebuyer/samsung feeling guilty about selling something for £300 when some poor sole was probably only paid 1 bowl of rice to make it in the first place!.

It is the ones who're greedy that ruin it for others, but if they do honour these tv's then they're more than likely going to cancel an order for 20 than for 1 or 2 - so greed may just bite some up the @rse....

I think this post should is dying a death now and should just be updated when someone receives one. Seriously, I wish the OP the best of luck. And those who ordered one (or maybe 2)

Yes I think its time to get our heads together, hope everyone is keeping copies of their emails, screen shots etc. Any legal experts out there who can offer advice on the situation. I need my tellie!

And Izzy if you get yours - I think maybe you'll just be able to afford to buy us all a drink - don't learn to type either - it will cost you too much £! Anyway I am sure someone someway has ordered more than you - anyone going to own up.

    GUYS!!GUYS!!GUYS!!

    Stop squabbling!!
Are we not all a little bit greedy...for taking advantage of a situation like this??
I do not begrudge anyone getting a bargain...and if you can afford to lash out cash on 20 tv's then good for you!!
If you make profit from the sale of said tv's...then great!!
I think that the people who have posted replies saying that you shouln't have done this...may be a teensy wee bit jealous.
Maybe, they did not get one
Maybe they didn't think of it
Maybe they didn't have the spare cash to invest in such an opportunity as this
    Who knows??
If any of us manage to get one (or 20) of these tv's....then I will be amazed!!
Lets stop back biting...and just enjoy!!
When life throws you lemons...put them in a gin and tonic !!

They have fish making their TV's? LOL

I dont know much about ebuyer and their profits so I did feel slightly guilty about ordering even 1 tv. I know all about Mr Bransons profits and thats why I had absolutely no problem ordering 4 phones from him last week!
