Ha ha it makes me laugh when people start going on about where they stand legally etc. Over and over again we've seen products pulled because they've been mis-priced - basically your stuffed.

For something this big they are EXTREMELY unlikely to honour orders but if they do, well done Izzy - I hope you've got way loads of room to put these TVs cos the boxes are huge - I bought the 32" version last year.

I need one because my Bedroom TV set up consists of an old 14" Acorn AKF-30 Monitor connected up to a Freeview box. I've only ordered one and you can see why I definately need it!. If it doesn't come off I'll be buyin one for full price in 3 weeks time.

Yes we have all seen that but on this occasion money has been taken from our Credit Cards so does look like it is binding. Once that has happened as in the past people have not being basically stuffed but snagged a very good bargain! Just asking for some friendly legal advice so I can enjoy my 28" TV for £40. How much did you pay for your 32"?

ok so i got the out of stock 99 days email, now i have got the payment taken and order processed email, and the money has been taken from my card. Is this what has happened from everybody? Also Could someone please send the screenshots to pm just in case, thanks guys
