:hello: Morning!
So good to hear the good news about Tilly Grace! I am keeping my fingers crossed that little Lily is making good progress as well (((((Lily))))
Well day 4 of the new organised me  (in my dreams) rather than go on a restrictive diet (which will make us both miserable) we are just watching the content and portion size, we still have to be thrifty this month and use up the leftovers! Have only spent £2.96 this week on milk and cat food :j and half of the milk is in the freezer (there are only 2 of us and we use mix of milk and water in porridge and take coffee black).
I am very jealous of those who have been well enough to get out to the sales for next years gifts :T well done! I have decided though to instead reduce my consumerism spending (yikes:eek: ) and look for more gifts from charities if possible whether new or 2nd hand if the gift is right. Would love to make more but am not gifted enough for anything more than fluffy scarves! Fingers crossed I can hold out. If I do buy new from a shop then it had better be a very very good deal (the kind that the shop loses out on;) )
Food shop is going to be more based on local suppliers.
fingers crossed!

Morning everyone
Finally got to sleep at 5 a.m. last night (this morning?) - think I need to go back to sleeping at night instead of during the day!!
B I G cat then let me sleep until 8 a..m. before door-wrecking again to wake me. Penninewoman sleeps serenely on through all of this. The door's been on for 70-odd years now but B I G cat is determined to see it off! He's slowly shredding it.
He's out now enjoying the wild weather we're having today.
Have a good day all - especially those returning to Work.

Well, to be frank m'dear, you're not going to get very far with your fingers crossed- unfurl those digits, take a deep breath, find something which tickles your fancy and .... get crafting!!!
It's not about being "gifted" (er, actually, yes it is "catz gifted us a homemade this and a hand crafted that") it's about finding something that grabs your interest and learning, bit by bit, how to do it and perfect it
Energy and finances permitting, you could set yourself a challenge for 2007 to
a) go through the craft books and the library and find something which makes you "Oooh!"
b) use the library/net to find instructions and beginners projects and then c) taking a deep breath and having a go!
You might need to earmark a corner to do it in and a time of day which would be your crafting hour but before you know it, you would have not only learned something new and rewarding, but add to your self esteem too
:j Go catz, go catz, go, go, GO!!!! :j~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Morning everyone!
Up early today even though I'm still on holiday as I have some urgent (and overdue) admin to do for a local village Committee I sit on. Oops. Chasing my tail yet again. Then it'll be a quick shower and another go at the tidying and cleaning before the in-laws get here by lunchtime . I did manage a through clean of the kitchen yesterday including cupboard doors, tile wiping etc but was exhausted after that so just trying not to do *too* much as I get so tired.
Best of all - only 4 days until my first scan - it's been 8 weeks today since we found out I was pregnant, so a very long time coming. I just sincerely hope they find something in there and I'm not just making it all up and getting even more fat!
Good luck and well done to everyone giving up smoking - I did it 6 years ago now and have never looked back. I missed it for at least 2 years, but now could never have another.
Love

morning everyone.
I am trying so hard to sort my money & my house.
Have seen the gp again as I am not in a good place & saw a diff gp. He has referred me to a sychiatrist. You have a mad woman here.
I am currently trying to sort the washing out while ignorning the chaos around me.
Then I have to go to work & plaster on a smile & pretend all is ok. Thats what exhausts me. Trying to show everyone I am fine.
Hope everyone is well
Love Lisa x0
