£9.50 Sun Holidays..

i did an online booking so got confirmation straight away. have received my final balance today so rang up to pay and get the usual stupid linen charge taken off.
i've booked during the £15 per person time so knew i had to pay an additional £22 accomation charge, along with £14 entertainment pass and £16.50 power charge, but they tried charging me twice for the £22.
eventually she agreed with me and took off the so-called "peak-season supplement" but now my email confirmation that she said she was sending after my payment says i still owe £22.
i've never had this trouble before with Haven and have already spent 15 minutes on the phone, so really don't feel like calling them back right now.
anyone else had this?0 -

Hi,, yes you can get rid of some of these charges if you want:
- entertainment - This is so you can use the club facilities etc, if you won't use them , then cancel it. Also if there is less than 4 of you they will still have charged you for 4 passes so you cancel the ones you don't want. ( but from your figures I'm assuming there is 5 of you.
- Linen - This is just for quilt covers , sheets, pillowcases. Quilts etc will still be provided I think, but if you are going to cancel your linen charge , just double check when you ring them. You can take your own.
- Service charge is for leccy/ gas etc, and is right, same with peak charge ( £5.50 x 5).
Have a great time!

Have to say first time of booking a Sun holiday and would be sceptical about doing it again. Origianally I had intention of upgrading my caravan but if I do this then the holiday will cost more than on the Haven website, and by booking direct with them I would get a better caravan for my money will certainly look into it more if I do it again.0
