Not bothered to even make an attempt to tidy the place. The sellers have at least 2 kids. That is no excuse. On pic 4, I think the blue item of clothing are knickers!:eek:

It could be tenanted. It's the right sort of property for a BTL. Looks reasonably up together despite the muddle.

Indeed, the tenants could be the reason for the sale. Look on aerial view and there is no mess or muddle in the garden when that was taken.

That said, if I had the cash, I'd love to do this as a project, it's just up the road from me!
