The ultimate mental house for vampires I assume - this is just up the road from me, and they've had to put a big sign up at the gate because otherwise you'd never find it. Because it's underground. The best bit is the slide that goes from the bedroom down to the pool. All quite mad, and all yours for just £2m.

I'd quite like to be their neighbours though as they would be very quiet.

I love the the fake water coming out of the slide and tap into the pool!

Do you mean the birds-eye view of the nearby office that I'm current sitting in, or the fact that the bungalow seems to be growing organically at the back?

Edit: Just spotted my car, too!

Yes to the bit in bold. It is more than double to original size, but looks quite a small place from the front.

    Do you work at Santander?

    Really poor EA pics.

They certainly love their fancy curtains and the whole place seems really dark.

OMG.. the Chelsfield one.. Homelands :rotfl:very old person 1970s to me yuck

The horse bedroom would cost a fortune in BIN 45 to cover.

I didn't spot the aggrieved cat but I liked the garden area

Er I didn't see anything unusual in the Portsmouth house myself other than the poor dawg

As for the tiger carpet OMG  is this a Conference League footballer's house or something. ??

I really think they have tried to be "grand" with the fancy curtains and statues but it all looks a bit tired now. As for the pond...

I spotted the aggrieved cat eventually - in the kitchen...

Bungalows came from India originally and a veranda/porch out front was part of the design but this one is more wild west than indian tea estate.

You would expect the EA to make a better effort than that on a £1.3m house.

Can't quite make this one out. From street view there is no indication of its size. Why does the bedroom in picture four have a door like that?

Looking at the floorplan it's the door to a shower room. Not sure why they've used that type of door but, presumably, it has something to do with that.
