Lovely house... BUT my grandparents live in Rustington (just around the corner actually, I must check that road out next time I visit!) they're in their 90s and that's about the average age of your average Rustington resident. Not very rock and roll...

In fact if you go to Street View and manage to find the entrance (pro tip - it's not above the bike shop - you have to turn left and it's opposite the pub) then you can see a proper nan in all her glorious nan-ness walking past!
