I live in a one bedroom flat on my own and I have,
1 x 4 seater corner sofa,
1x 3 seater sofa,
3x arm chairs,
1 x office chair
4 x stools in my living room!
Shall we not count desk chairs?
I only have 4 in my house. Have recently got rid of two though.
(Yes I have a lot of desks)0 -
Talking of chairs and table excesses...I found this the other day and thought it was excessive (I guess more in terms of gingham than tables and chairs now...!) - http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-19627149.html?backListLink=%2Fproperty-for-sale%2Ffind.html%3FsearchType%3DSALE%26locationIdentifier%3DREGION%255E2913%26insId%3D1%26radius%3D0.0%26displayPropertyType%3D%26minBedrooms%3D%26maxBedrooms%3D%26minPrice%3D%26maxPrice%3D%26retirement%3D%26partBuyPartRent%3D%26maxDaysSinceAdded%3D%26includeSSTC%3Dtrue%26_includeSSTC%3Don%26sortByPriceDescending%3D%26primaryDisplayPropertyType%3D%26secondaryDisplayPropertyType%3D%26oldDisplayPropertyType%3D%26oldPrimaryDisplayPropertyType%3D%26newHome%3D%26auction%3Dfalse

I know - what a waste! I must admit I hadn't spotted the open plan toilet facilities until jackieb pointed them out - now I shudder whenever I drive past the house! I swear I would be divorced within a month if I had to share that master bedroom with my DH.0 -

Is it just me , or does every ceiling in this house slope, and in pic 4, on the left is that a staircase going up into the roof at a mighty strange angle, or an optical illusion?
Honestly no sarcasm in that question, I am seeing it as a staircase handrail and balustrades on the top left....0 -

Is that a trampoline in the pool?
The kitchen/Breakfast room layout reminds me of a B&B.0 -

Trampoline in the bottom of the pool.... saves buying a diving board i suppose.
I like the pic of the bins with the headstone behind it.... was it the last person that wanted to buy and pulled out of the sale at the last minute. :rotfl:"I may not have gone where i intended to go,but think i have ended up where i needed to be".Douglas Adams0 -

And it looks like you have to go through the EnSuite to the second bedroom in the Annex. When you could easily have a door from the main living space. Very odd. I don't think people realize how much a strange layout puts people off. We are all very traditional I in the end!
Open plan bathrooms are just taking the whole 'open plan' lifestyle a bit too far IMHO.0 -

Wide angled lenses have their place, but in all honesty, this is ridiculous!
Have a look at picture one, and how big the sofas look, then take a look at picture eleven to see how big they actually are.
If I was a viewer I would feel very misled by the particulars.
