That house could be soooo wonderful, but it soooo isn't! They've sacrificed toileting privacy for a dressing room! (Twice!! In the main house AND the annexe they've put this weird setup!)
Also they have an obsession with pink, and WHY, when there is so much seating already, have they put two sofas in the kitchen (picture 12)!!!OU Student! - ED209, SDK125, DSE212, SK124, DSE141, SD226, DXR222, DD303, DD307 = BSc Psychology0 -

They certainly do appear to like sitting down a lot. I've counted at least 7 sofas and 2 armchairs!

When my sister got new seating for her livingroom the shop phoned her up to say it had arrived and to arrange delivery. They said that another Mrs Smith had ordered the exact same suite as her. My sister said it wasn't and they were both for her. In her room she has 2x3, 2x2, 2x1seaters and 2 big pouffes, and her room still isn't filled! She also has 3x3 seaters in the sitting bit of her kitchen, and 2x2 seaters in the conservatory - so she's about as bad as you. :rotfl:0 -

Good to hear it's not just me then, lol! When we moved from our last-but-one house in 2007 we got rid of 5 sofas as we were (supposed to be!) down-sizing. Not long after moving into our new home we realised the sofas we had kept looked lost in the space, so we bought another one and now, having moved again in May (to a house somewhere between the sizes of the previous two) we have recently added a further two.......hopefully that's enough now:D

Had to de-lurk...
My in-laws had just offered on a house, and the wife was excitedly showing me the pictures on Rightmove. "That looks familiar" I thought, and then I remembered I had seen it on here, a full 2 days before they went to view :rotfl:
Couldn't possibly say which one, but fortunately it was one of the nice ones, rather than the "Oh my god" ones!! Thought this was most amusing - anyone else had the same thing happen?0 -
I spoke to my estate agent this morning (our house is currently up for sale) and we've had 3000 click throughs. I know our house isn't on this thread but it does make me wonder if we're on something similar as 3000 click throughs but no viewings seems a bit odd (It's a 5 year old modern house no dodgy decor etc etc before you ask!)Initial Mortgage January 2024 - £160,000
