Wide angled lenses have their place, but in all honesty, this is ridiculous!
Have a look at picture one, and how big the sofas look, then take a look at picture eleven to see how big they actually are.
If I was a viewer I would feel very misled by the particulars.

I never even realised those were the same rooms! Even the shelf in one of the bedrooms looks wonky. :rotfl:
I once saw a picture of a bathroom in a listing. They'd also used a wide lens and it looked like you could have seated 2 on the loo at the same time!0 -
major declutter/clear up needed. Check out the back garden

How depressing would it be to have to work in that kitchen?0 -
I know! Every room is hideous. Are those boxing gloves on the window in pic 3?0

Looks like it. And it looks like there's been a family of travellers parked up in the back garden!
Just noticed the fridge/freezer in the bedroom. I'm assuming the bedrooms are upstairs? Not handy if you want some milk for your tea.
Just had a look again and see that the bed must be in the livingroom downstairs as it has a bay window.0 -
I was just about to comment on the fridge/freezer in the bedroom! (I'm a little obsessed with this house! haha!)
How many people do you think they had/have crammed in? :eek:0 -
I'd be curious to see this if it ever goes out on the Channel 4 property programme - it doesn't mention which one.
The comedy is in the property Bee - bit too long to post it all here I'm afraid but I've posted the best bit below. I also seem to remember it being for sale long before this history so it could have been another agent. The problem is of course that it's overpriced (both for selling and renting).

About a dozen, most probably. The colour-schemes and crampedness are highly suggestive.
Still, for the size and area it's not a hugely expensive house and it could quite easily be turned into a lovely family home with a bit of time and effort.0 -
Talking of chairs and table excesses...I found this the other day and thought it was excessive (I guess more in terms of gingham than tables and chairs now...!) - http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-19627149.html?backListLink=%2Fproperty-for-sale%2Ffind.html%3FsearchType%3DSALE%26locationIdentifier%3DREGION%255E2913%26insId%3D1%26radius%3D0.0%26displayPropertyType%3D%26minBedrooms%3D%26maxBedrooms%3D%26minPrice%3D%26maxPrice%3D%26retirement%3D%26partBuyPartRent%3D%26maxDaysSinceAdded%3D%26includeSSTC%3Dtrue%26_includeSSTC%3Don%26sortByPriceDescending%3D%26primaryDisplayPropertyType%3D%26secondaryDisplayPropertyType%3D%26oldDisplayPropertyType%3D%26oldPrimaryDisplayPropertyType%3D%26newHome%3D%26auction%3Dfalse
Anyone want a dip - check out pic 15 - you might need to add water first!:)
Looks like a b&b! Maybe the husband and wife don't like to watch each other eat, so each need their own table??
ETS Oops - Looks like I wasn't the first person to notice this...0 -

Love this thread, this one is on my running route, I may point Granny in that direction, she's looking to move into town."Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it." (Montgomery, L.M.(1908). Anne of Green Gables.)
