What a bloody tip! Is the vendor living in the flat which has no water connected as everything in the bathroom as 'Do not use' tape on it.?
It's all a bit bizarre, I'm thinking they've been evicted or vanished.
Someone's gonna lose a few quid on it too.

I know the area well. It wouldn't surprise me!

    Vendors probably in prison.

Guess you do know the area well. I used to work not far and not a fan of the place, too noisy with the M6 on the doorstep too.

One of the three signs that instantly flag a property on Rightmove as a repossession. Other two are: A4 sheet of paper in the front window of a house - this is the notice of repossession and third: great big air fresheners in almost every room. Don't know why this is the case, but it often seems to be so though admittedly not in this flat, and it looks like it could do with them, this looks more like the last occupant has done a runner to me.
Come on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.

The difference in the state of flats is unbelievable and if flat 2 went on the market today in the same condition as to the Zoopla photos, it would be late £80s.

Shows you with a bit of cleaning up, the vendors can add another £10-12k on top of the asking price.

It really is crazy. Flat 2 sold 18 months ago (to the day almost) for £100,000, OK it's more desirable being first floor rather than ground floor, but Flat 1 does have the advantage of a small amount of outside space.

It must be a repo as the vendor could just by empting it of rubbish improve it significantly.

It's almost a shame there aren't more photos I'm intrigued what the rest of the house looks like after seeing the bathroom

I can visualise the kitchen tiles are in the same design as the bathroom tiles, but orange. I am guessing the cupboards are those slide door things they had in the 60s and 70s with yellow fronts.
