That steep garden looks a bit treacherous too!
A lot of potential there - all it needs is a generous dollop of TLC.
When I see properties like this my fingers just start itching - I just want to "rescue" them. :rotfl::rotfl:0 -

It's right on one of the busiest junctions in the city centre; you'd have traffic queues noise for a lot of the time (vehicles moving off), plus it's on a main route to the hospital so you'd get the nee-nah's all the time too.
But yes, really convenient and lovely view0 -

Hmm...within striking distance of the A303, without having to listen to it, so there should be plenty of willing rescuers.
It was after viewing something similar near there that we switched our attention to Wales. We thought something falling down with dodgy outbuildings & claggy land could be had a good deal cheaper there. We were not wrong, but in the end pragmatism prevailed.....:o0 -

Even in bigger I can't tell what it is?
Useless tip: I noticed (when selling my own house) that the details on Zoopla sometimes have the "view original" option against the pic which is usually much larger.0
