A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

The vendor could have spent a few hours removing that pile of rubbish to the right of the shed, tidying the shed (guessing its just as messy as the garden) and putting the chairs and pieces of wood/mdf in the once tidied shed.Come on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.0 -
When I rule the world I will legislate to make it compulsory for estate agents to do things like that (including picking that plate up and taking down the washing line) before taking pictures. On penalty of death
.
I have also seen plenty of photos with people's washing hanging on airers inside or outside the property. Plus washing in the washing machine. People don't want to see your washing!
When sellers are planning to sell, they know in advance when the EA is coming round taking photos, measuring rooms etc, don't do a washload until the EA has gone. Put the clothes in the washing basket or in a bag or two and shove them in the wardrobe, understairs cupboard. Or do the washing on a different day. For example, the EA came round to my parents on the day my mother washes the bedding and she did this a day earlier.
Do these people have their washing out when they have visitors? Treat EAs like visitors.0 -

I'm guessing 'not washing' is the very reason why the bathroom seems to be the cleanest place in the house:D:D

Is that a plate of food under their table? Also, the lino in the kitchen I suspect was not put in by experts. (pic 4)
