I wasn't sure about the letters in pic 8 either!
EDIT: The letters look like they could be illuminated too - even better!Debt 30k in 2008.:o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free

The bathroom in pic 5 is huge. I don't like big bathrooms, I like them small and cosy. Bet it feels like you're sitting in a bath within a barn.0 -

When we sold our family home back in 2007 our EA advised just that - using only a small number of pics in order to entice the potential buyers in, make them want to view in person rather than leaving nothing for them to discover. Only six pics were put on RM and I think eight in the brochure......and that was a 3500 sq ft, six bedroom house in the mid-upper price bracket for the area
OTOH when we sold our last house two years ago that agent went for photo-overload by comparison, with 19 pics on RM - and that house was half the size and half the price
Now the roles are reversed, a buyer can afford to be more choosy, I want to see a good picture of every room, plans and reasonable descriptions (though I'd be happy to never see another "lifestyle" picture). I will "walk" the area on Google street view and generally take my time, with luck the price will drop before I even think of showing an interest. I certainly don't want to take the time and trouble to go and view a place without knowing exactly what I'm going to see. If I see a house with few pictures I don't think "Oo, what might I discover?" I think "So what are they hiding?".
I think the lack of detail and photos on RM is just a ploy by the EA's: not to "entice" buyers but to increase the enquiry count so they can tell the vendor they must be doing a good job because lots of people are "interested" so please don't go to someone else.
SPCome on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.0 -

Whilst I disagree and love big bathrooms (both in our current and last-but-one house we converted a bedroom into a bathroom), our freestanding bath has been just that - freestanding. Why have a roll top bath in a good-sized room then stick it against the wall?Mortgage-free for fourteen years!
