As long as it's been done properly, I can't really see a problem with it, although I can imagine it would be a pig to insure.
It may be a bit unusual for a random back garden, but near rivers, views etc. it is quite common.
http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-31007858.htmlCome on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.0 -
It's done on "topsy-turvey" houses, where the bedrooms are on the ground floor and the living accommodation is on the first floor, to make the most of the view.
As long as there are no doors, or if there are doors, then they have to open onto a built up decking area, which in turn has to be railed off properly.0 -
I was wondering about the build quality of a conservatory. Let's be honest, if a regular conservatory leaked, it's hardly the end of the world. If this one leaked, potential damage is limitless. The smaller the monkey the more it looks like it would kill you at the first given opportunity.

Hard to imagine anyone selling a property that would not have put their beloved animals out of sight.
We have a German Shepherd and we put her in one of our sheds to be out of sight of the people that are viewing our property, come to think of it maybe its their safety we are considering as well.:)0 -
