If I were buying it I could cope with the letters in the brickwork, it's the BLACK everywhere that would put me off. Seems to be really common now; black tiles/work surfaces/carpets. Would be costly to replace it all.0 -

Missing, I think.
I agree with the comments on black tiling. We're currently looking at houses and a good number of them have at least one area of shiny black tiles (whether it's a small WC made look even smaller or a gothic looking kitchen).MFW 2019 #61: £13,936.60/£20,0000 -

I've not either, but it's something that they do on the continent.....
As long as it's been done properly, I can't really see a problem with it, although I can imagine it would be a pig to insure.The smaller the monkey the more it looks like it would kill you at the first given opportunity.
