That is just bizarre!
Not really. It's a toilet in a bedroom. It would be more bizarre if it was in a more public area of the house....
If you want to talk about toilets in bedrooms, you want to be looking at picture 5 here
And it's £450k for a one bed bungalow. The smaller the monkey the more it looks like it would kill you at the first given opportunity.

Ah I didn't look at the floor plan and assumed it was a downstairs toilet...but even so! The one you've posted above is crazy; I don't think I'd want to use that toilet even if I lived alone!0

The layout of the one is odd too; there should be a toilet in the shower room but it doesn't look like there is one. Why have bathroom equipment in the bedroom and then a separate shower in the room next door? If you had someone to stay they'd have to use the toilet in your bedroom anyway, so they might as well use the shower. Otherwise you'd be going outside and round the back of the house to use the separate shower by the looks of it? Just odd to me.0

Easily the tiniest house I've ever seen!
No way! You can walk around the bed, so its actually massive compared to some we have seen. It doesnt beat the one with the supposed bedroom, that was actually a cupboard under the stairs!Debt free since July 2013! Woo hoo! The bank actually laughed when I said I have come in to cancel my overdraft.0 -

This one made me giggle, especially as it's local to me!

There's a kitchen measurement of 1.4m, that's about 4.5 ft isn't it...... you couldn't swing a mouse in that, never mind a cat. It looks to me that the kitchen is tapering getting smaller towards the back, although maybe there's trickery going on with a wide angle lens! :rotfl:
Edit, I'm right about it tapering, just realised the bed has two cabinets beside it, but the right hand wall is touching the foot of the bed so you can't actually walk round the bed from that side.Make £2025 in 2025
