An en-suite with no walls?!
What a strange idea!0 -

Ewww, yuk, not on your life! (Shower and basin - yes but not a loo!)They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0 -
It makes it look haunted - I swear it is moving the more I look at the picture, then it waves into view in the obscure hallway picture!0

What a rotter!! That garden would be so depressing with such a high wall to look at.
But both neighbouring houses have got the same wall and probably so have the houses in the street behind. There appears to be a chimney too - not sure of the original use, it seems a bit over the top just for washing clothes or keeping a pig, perhaps both.
Anyway it is a serious mistake to have knocked it down.0 -

No floor plan but a redundant so called video.
Very strange building - is it really only 17 ft back to front?
Why no windows to the rear?
The back of the so called attic master bedroom must be very gloomy, with only that small front window.0 -
Last one today. What's with all the random windows?

Let us build half our normal semi design and then try to put a strange "shallow" house in the spare triangle left at the left hand end of the development?
The floor plan is completer "carp" it has a bay window and no-way matches the view, from the road, of what is being sold.
Attached brick built outside store which has power, light and plumbing for a washing machine. Translation: outside loo has been converted to a "laundry room" as kitchen is small - beware of the washing machine freezing ?
(My washing machine and dryer is in an alcove in the bathroom - just leave it to make its noises away from the kitchen)
Update: I have sussed it - If you spin the floor plan, so that the kitchen goes from rear right to front left it makes sense, what would have been built as the side of a larger semi becomes the front. The shrunken two living rooms now both look backwards over whatever is in the so called back garden and the dining room which should have been looking into the back garden anyway has become the wrong end of the house for the kitchen. It is like giving a Lego set of a semi and saying fiddle with that to make it fit the site.
On street view have a look down next door's drive way and imagine the other half of the semi being moved into next door's back garden and what you are now viewing is a pair of semis with the front doors at the corners; the bathrooms are above the front halls, the windows light the stairs and those built in wardrobes are framing the upstairs chimney breast..
Look out of the living room window and see just how near the diagonal rear fence is.
behind that fence is some sort of disused footpath. The owner of the house the other side of the footpath got a much better deal.
The apprentice, back in the office loading the details to Rightmove, got completely confused.0 -
Lets hope no one wanted any privacy when using this toilet

It's all wrong. The floor plan doesn't match the photos, I have a feeling (from memory) that most of the stuff with the odd windows is extension. Not a good family house though as there are no secondary schools nearby.
eta I'm wrong, it's a house down the road that was extended massively. this is just a weird corner house with a triangular garden. the one opposite is the same.0 -
