I thought that was rather cheap, even for a basement flat - until I saw the photos.

So there's a protected/sitting tenant who'll be occupying the front/studio room, and the rest of the rooms in the flat will be unoccupied??! What about access to the bathroom?

What kind of nutjob arrangement is that?

No wonder that a large portion of the estate agent's page is taken up with recommendations for legal advice!

Edit: Having just had another look at the flat - it's been divided into two with a weird [STRIKE]horizontal[/STRIKE] diagonal wall separating Rooms 1 and 2 at the back of the flat from the rest of the flat!

    Eh?!
 Don't know what I'm doing, but doing it anyway...

As far as I can see, the occupant of the rear Rooms 1 and 2 has no access to the bathroom. They're just storage?

I thought there had to be a catch, as the flat is in one of the highest priced areas of Bristol. In fact, I joked to my friend that the mystery man was a siiting tenant - turns out there is one.
  • but £275 for a studio flat in that area he aint never gonna move as that is so cheap
