I was thinking more of a first-floor bungalow, but your description will do just as well :eek:0 -
Feast your mince pies on this house! 3 sitting rooms, with plenty of sofas! Reminds me of a doctor's waiting room. Don't forget to check out the bedroom with 2 double beds! Cosy! or Kinky!

It looks like a house where there are separate male and female rooms and they are not allowed to mix. Definitely makes sense esp. As it is in Solihull.Turning our clutter to top up our house deposit: £3000/£303.05 we're on our way!0 -

OH MY!
So pleased I live in the North East. I'm in the process of buying a two bed end terrace for £10k less than that guide price and it needs nothing doing to it. Not even decorating. (Hopefully anyway, not had the survey back yet).
Property in Macclesfield is expensive but I couldn't believe that guide price!First Time Buyer: Mortgage Offered, Searches complete, Exchanged 21/12/2012, Completion 04/01/2013! :beer:0 -

Well that cant be a normal household living in that house. I'm wondering whether it's one family per bedroom or something going on there.
There's obviously WAY too many people living there and I'm very suspicious that there's only a photo of one bedroom and there aren't any bathroom photos. That house will be coming under one heck of a lot of strain with that many people living there. Been back and counted and there's two bathrooms there - thats enough for a normal household, but I'd be willing to bet it doesnt cover the requirements of the number of people actually living there and the bathrooms, in particular, are showing the strain of the number of people living there.0 -

Having nothing better to do today, I emailed Rightmove this morning to advise that there was a fairly major mistake in the listing.....

They've thanked me, but they sent it to me again tonight.
Lets see how long it takes the wheels to turn.0
