I can only assume it's something to do with subsidence or structural movement - the flats are directly over the underground system in the city and have cracks in the close walls that are wider than an average fist.

The bathroom has shower cubicle. The bath has a hand held shower over it.

Our main bathroom has a very similar shower attachment and is used for hair washing etc. It's really handy.

It's in the village where I grew up and I have coveted it since I was little. They hold fairs there every year and every single year I've thought, I want to live here. Shame about the price tag.

I bet it will, and quickly. It has already been sold STC, since being listed in October, though it looks like it fell through. Plus it is very near the tube and comes with a garage. Though as the garage is probably bigger than the flat it might be more appropriately listed as a garage plus apartment.
