The kitchen is upstairs with the bedrooms and bathroom, whilst the only room downstairs is the living room. Those two garages dont even belong to you either.
I dont think may people will be keen on this layout at all..... and thats without the garish decor!0 -

I'm assuming as there is no mention of the garages in the description and it being described as a coach house that they don't belong to the property.
Also is that a crack in the brickwork above the middle garage?

I don't profess to be a lover of the bland, minimal, magnolia look and admit to liking a splash of (tasteful!) colour, but that certainly needs *neutralising*Mortgage-free for fourteen years!
