Agree....Just looks like the place is suffering from a serious damp problem.

This has been on the market for a while, pretty amazing, not very homely though! Remember seeing it ages ago, thought you lot would appreciate it!

Doesn't really inspire confidence about the care taken to build it in the first place!Come on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.0 -

Price is £170k to £210k so I'm guessing the builder will finish the kitchen and bathroom etc to your spec depending on price. There are obviously unfinished bits as can be seen on the brickwork above the fireplace.
Kitchen is obviously at the back of the house ground floor behind the dining room and leading onto the courtyard garden, or the room behind the lounge on the first floor - maybe you have a choice? Bathroom is presumably the small room/area to the rear of the stairs on the second floor to share the pipe runs etc.
Personally it seems an absolute bargain to me - 3 bedrooms in a lovely looking conservation location within an hour or so of central london and with a trainline nearby for less than £200k!!!!!!!!! The only thing it doesn't have is parking, but thats available nearby according to google. Look an hour the other side of london and you wouldn't get a 1 bed starter rabbit hutch for that!

It was listed originally (2/7/11) at £240k and is now down to £170k and still no one has bought it, I suspect the "from" tag is more desperation from the seller than anything else. There are plenty of houses within a couple of miles of this one below or around this one's price so I guess the market has decided...Come on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. I'm guessing that it's another probate sale http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-35661946.html impressive carpets though.
Does the final bullet point mean that the estate agent hasn't seen it all?0 -
