Don't look under the patio. Plants should grow well though.

Aside from the current curb appeal I love the character features such as the rear living room window opening up into... the kitchen...

I think they are calling the old kitchen a 'utility room'. It looks like a very dodgy extension with a new kitchen in it. It still has the old external door between the two rooms! Given the area its in I wouldnt be surprised if that 3 bedroom terrace has/had about 20 people living there...
