Why have they even bothered with pics of that one? All the ones ive ever looked at that have been a dump inside (and still not quite THAT bad) have just had pics of the outer building! It must be in a good area cos they are expecting "a high level of interest" !!!
Trying to think of a clever witticism, but cant, so... *insert clever witticism here*

That's a bit weird. There are some half decent things in there (the bed frame, the sofa looks modern as does the fire). The dust looks more than just normal dust. No-one can be living there (I might be wrong!) but it looks like there's quite a bit of personal items left.

    Squatters maybe?

I was browsing local property this afternoon, when I found this only 20 or so miles away.

It even comes with cells and a court room, the perfect end to a good night out!!

    I love it, but sadly I couldn't afford the £20 000 rates!

I don't think squatters would have left the change on the bedside cabinet.

I can't find any sign of the house being on the market in the last 10 years, but I did find that it was the registered business address of a company that was dissolved in 2007 called "TRIPLEX ltd". (Make of that what you will)
Come on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.

Looks a hell of a good solid property for the price though.
still got the original 1930s bay windows, look at that sunburst in the bedroom - I'd buy it if I was looking in that area.

Fabulous surroundings. I am rather disappointed by the kitchen and bathroom though.

Yes, the location and the garden are amazing but the house itself seems a bit soulless

For those of us with clean minds Triplex was a type of car glass for door windows and screens back in the 60's and 70's ;)

I know what you were thinking though :o

Mpst likely from the debt collectors and bailiffs judging by all the unopened mail. Bought my first house in a state like that one 20 years ago and had no end of big geezers in cheap black suits knocking at the door :rotfl::rotfl:
