    Not on Rightmove yet, but I'll not be buying these newbuild flats in Newcastle as there seems to be a problem with the water supply - too much!

    By the looks of it, it is for the use of someone unable to get up the stairs. When I was looking for my house, there was a property I looked at that had made a downstairs wetroom for the same reason. :(

    It's funny how we all get different things out of looking out of the same house. You see the hideous bathroom suite, I see the bedroom overlooking yet more houses rather than open fields and wonder why they need the telescope (pic 9)...
    Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.
