The e/a says it is "Victorian...dating back to 1901". I think it is more likely to be Edwardian, as Victoria died in January 1901.0 -

I Loooove this, if I had spare money I would buy this and preserve it for future generations of school trips exploring the 70s. It's almost too perfect an example.

What a lovely house! That bathroom is a work of art - dated, but the craftsmanship looks excellent. The house needs some updating, eg the boiler, but it would be a terrible shame to spoil it by putting in double glazing, for example.No reliance should be placed on the above!
