    You could get 3 x 2bed houses out of it, or 6 flats but it's still too expensive to consider doing that.

    Thanks Y1! It is a bit of Essex in Hertfordshire, all electric gates and 4x4's! However the state of that for the price is insane!

    But, best bakery and chippy for miles...
